Meet with the project team of the Operator/Contractor

Review project input (QA/QC, technical info, execution plan, schedule, contract strategy and capabilities of contractors/suppliers)

Establish Main Risk Scenarios and estimate maximum loss exposures (EMLs)

Review Repair / Change-Out Contingencies

(spare philosophy, repair contingency, equipment/vessel availability and preparedness, repair procedures etc)

Estimate cost and schedule impacts for the main risk scenarios

Propose Risk Mitigations

FOLLOW-UP OF PROJECT EXECUTION

Regular meetings with the project team of the Operator/Contractor
